Executive Pastor Job Opening
First Baptist Church Pelham is seeking great candidates who would qualify to serve as the next Executive Pastor at FBC Pelham located in Pelham, Alabama. We are a Christ-centered, multigenerational faith family that exists to make disciples for a global impact. This is a healthy congregation with a missional mindset that includes taking approximately 20 short-term mission trips a year, utilizing a $3 million annual operating budget for kingdom purposes, and prior to the pandemic we averaged nearly 950 in worship attendance. There is great potential and opportunity here as we are strategically located in the greater Birmingham Metro area. The role of Executive Pastor at FBC Pelham is three-fold: 1. supervise day-to-day operations of the staff 2. provide financial oversight for the budget and 3. continue to develop the comprehensive educational small group ministry of the church.
