2024 Jr. Kidz Kamp Information – 1st & 2nd Grade

 

Dates: Leave Monday, June 17, 2024, Time TBA                   

Return Thursday, June 20, 2024, Time TBA

Cost: TBD per person (families with 2 or more children attending KK or Jr. KK will receive a $25.00 discount per additional child).

Camper will need $10.00 spending money for canteen (they’re responsible for keeping up with this). They can spend $1.50 each canteen visit. Small bills or exact change are preferred.

Camper will also need $5 for lunch on June 19th – this will be turned in when they check in that day.

A $125.00 transferrable but non-refundable deposit is due by Sunday, May 28, 2023.

What to bring:       

Sleeping bag or twin sheets and blanket, pillow.

Old shorts and t-shirts are appropriate for all sessions.

Long sleeve/Sweatshirt (cold in the Worship Room).

Sleeping attire.

Bath supplies, towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb/brush etc.

1 can Foamy shaving cream (no Gel or menthol), labeled with your child’s name.

Bible & pen.

Tennis shoes, shoes to wear for pool/water day (sandals are fine), & shower shoes.

Plastic bag for wet/dirty clothes, pants hanger is also good to help towels dry.

Swimsuit (girls-1 piece or tankini that meets in the middle only) & beach towel.

Flashlight.

Bug spray/sunscreen (Adults will be provided with some for all campers).

Backpack or a cinch sack.

Please mark all clothes, sleeping bags, sheets etc. with permanent ink.

 

What NOT to Bring:         

Electronics (All cell phones, iPods, etc. should be left AT HOME!)

ANY items for pranks.

Water guns.

Fireworks.

Tobacco.

Grumpy, mean, or otherwise bad attitudes.

There will be a ZERO tolerance policy for bullying and/or pranks!!!

Registration Form, Deposit, Medical Release, Shocco Release Link (will be emailed), and copy of your insurance card by Sunday, May 28th.

Shoes that will stay on their feet (closed toe shoes) to wear during adventure recreation!!

Plastic bag for wet/dirty clothes, pants hanger is also good to help towels dry.
