Elementary Info, Registration and Payment
Elementary 2024 – Completed 1-5 grades for 23/24 school year
“What About Wednesday?” is an exciting summer program on Wednesdays for 1st-5th grade designed to help build relationships and teamwork among our children. Check the schedule for the dates that we will set off on a different adventure.
- Drop Off Procedures: Drop off times vary slightly each week but will be between 5:45-6:15 pm. We will meet in the second floor Kids Church room. Please, walk your child inside each week and make sure they are checked in. Remember: if you are not on time, we can’t leave on time!
- Pick Up Procedures: Pick up times will vary slightly from week to week with the aim to be done with evening events no later than 8:15 pm. When you check your child in, we will give you an approximate pick up time.
- What to Wear: Our dress code is “modest.” We ask that each child wear their red WAW that is provided. Also, please make sure your child wears the appropriate shoes for the evening’s activity. Please bring a change of clothes and towel Slip and Slide.
- Fees: There is a registration fee of $37. The fee is Non-refundable.
- Chaperones: We ask that each Parent/Guardian chaperone at least one outing.
- Medical Release: We must have a current 2024 Medical release form on file in order for your child to participate in any WAW event.
- Waivers: Some of our off-campus activities require participation waivers. Some of them are online this year. The waivers will be sent via email the week of the event.
- Visitors: If you are planning on bringing a friend with you for an off-campus outing, we must have a NOTARIZED Medical Release Form for them. We have notaries available on campus during check in on Wednesdays, but their parent must be present to sign the form. Or, bring a pre-notarized form for the child with you. Forms are available on our website, or by calling the office at 205-664-0237.

Please remember:
- To have children wear appropriate clothing and shoes for each event.
- Bring a change of clothes and a towel for each water activity.
- We MUST have a 2024 notarized medical release form on file to participate.

“What About Wednesday?” is an exciting summer program on Wednesday nights for 3k – 5k children designed to help children learn more about God and to build friendships We are going to have lots of FUN NEW ACTIVITIES this year!
- Drop Off Procedures: Drop off will begin at 6:15 each week. We will meet in the second floor Activity room. Please, walk your child inside each week and make sure they are checked in.
- Pick Up Procedures: Pick up time will be at 7:45 each week. If you are chaperoning the Elementary children, your preschooler will be taken to the first floor for paid childcare until your arrival.
- What to Wear: Our dress code is “modest.” We ask that each child wear event appropriate clothing each week. Also, please make sure your child wears the appropriate shoes for the daily activity. Bringing a change of clothes and towel for water activities.
